Privacy policy

When you place an order: name, email, phone, ID number (DNI), shipping address and the products you bought. When you write to us through a form: name, email, phone and your message. If you leave a review: the name you sign it with and your comment.

We also record the IP address an order or review is placed from, to prevent fraud. We don't store card details: payments are processed by Mercado Pago on its own site.

To prepare and ship your order, keep you posted on its status, handle warranties and returns, and answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't send you marketing emails without your consent.

Only with those we need to fulfil your purchase: Mercado Pago (to take payment), the shipping company (name, phone and delivery address) and our hosting provider, where the site is stored. We may also have to disclose it if a competent authority requests it.

We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Google uses cookies for this; you can block them in your browser settings and the site will keep working.

We post our products on our own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Threads) through our own app. That app only publishes our own content and does not access data of other users of those platforms.

The site uses a session cookie to remember your cart, and stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. There are also the Google Analytics cookies mentioned above.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@tnlcomputer.com.ar. Purchase data is kept for as long as tax and consumer protection rules require.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
