Shipping, exchanges and returns

You have 10 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, counted from when you receive the product (or from the purchase, whichever is later), with no explanation needed and at no cost (Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240, art. 34, and Resolution 424/2020).

The product must be unused, with its accessories, manuals and original packaging. We cover the return shipping, and refund the full amount through the same payment method as soon as we receive the product.

If you haven't paid yet, you can cancel the order directly from its page.

All products are new and covered against manufacturing defects for at least 6 months, or the manufacturer's warranty if longer. If a product fails, write to us with your order number: we check it and, depending on the case, repair it, replace it or refund you.

Within the 10 days you can also exchange it for another product, as long as it is unused and complete. If the new one costs a different amount, we settle the difference.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, moisture, power surges, or equipment opened or modified by third parties. Software licenses and products with a security seal cannot be returned once opened or activated.
